He works in private practice and consults for organisations as a practitioner and supervisor, as well as a trainer and facilitator in devising and delivering short- and long-term applied life practitioner-based programmes. In corporate facilitation he is experienced in implementing corporate training programmes for sales and marketing teams, as well as director programmes, strategy facilitation, crisis intervention, and results delivery-based programmes from psychodynamic, humanistic, integrative, behavioural, transpersonal, and applied life coaching perspectives in the United Kingdom, mainland Europe, and South Africa.
